At revolutionPOS, we believe our extremely different philosophy has led to our success.

Our entire philosophy is centered around the fact that we think small businesses should be able to buy a system and expect it to work. Period.

For too long, POS resellers have relied on the fact that systems didn't work well, and they use this to their advantage to overcharge for support contracts. At revolutionPOS, we are changing the business model of POS system sales. As the certified Philadelphia-area reseller for several top-tier POS systems, our goal is to build our business based on selling new systems rather than the support model that is typical of most other Point-of-Sale providers.

Because our software packages are extremely stable, we can offer affordable support to our clients, while we focus on building our business by selling systems, rather than having to charge customers excessive yearly support fees. We believe that through the proper use of new technology, technical providers can escape the obsolete model of support being a major percentage of yearly revenue. We empower the retail store-owner by providing an intuitive and stable system with very minimal support needs.

The fact that the systems are so intuitive leads to less training time in order to get your staff up to speed. Some competitors require 30-some hours of training as part of your system cost. Our first question would be: "Why do I need so much training to use the system?" followed by our second question: "How much of that 30 hours of training am I going to remember when the store gets busy?"
