revolutionPOS offers several levels of training. Because we realize cost can be a limiting factor, we offer plans to allow you to keep costs down, while making sure your employees are familiar with the system. All of the systems we sell are so intuitive which means that training is easier than other antiquated systems. This is another reason the system is so affordable and offers such a great value...what is taught in training is retained, thanks to the system being so simple to use.

Our Platinum Training package includes two 6 hour days of onsite training following the installation. The first 6 hours are spent with management going over the back-office programs. The next 3 hours are spent with management going over security and higher level functionality in the front-end POS application, which runs on the registers. The final 3 hours is spent with cashiers, where they have time to run test transactions to learn the front-end POS application.

Our next tier is our Gold Training package which includes 8 hours total. We typically spend about 4 hours with store management going over the back-office programs. We then break up the next 4 hours however it is needed in order to learn the front-end POS applications.

Our Silver Training package is what we call our "train-the-trainer" package. It includes 4 hours spent with one member of management, where they learn the entire system and then train the rest of the staff. This has been an extremely popular package thanks to its excellent affordability.

For those that are technically savvy, we do offer the option of absolutely no training.
